WeatherStation for Land Based Applications
Whether you are harvesting crops, operating equipment, preparing for bad weather or responding to a hazardous event; understanding the weather is important. The WX Series allows users to make informed decisions based on site specific information, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced risks and overall cost savings. WeatherStation Models 110WX,150WX and 200WX are available depending on the land based application and requirements.
WeatherStation Models with Heater Elements
The WeatherStation WXH models have been carefully designed with a sophisticated heating system, for operation in ice-prone areas both onshore and offshore. Its compact size, robust construction, and no moving parts provide many years of reliable service despite the harsh weather conditions associated with many land and marine applications.
WeatherStation for Offshore Platforms
Weather impacts every aspect of operations on offshore platforms, ships, and in ports. Rapid changes in weather and sea conditions make monitoring of both meteorological and oceanographic parameters a critical part of ensuring safety, while also maintaining operational efficiency.
Reliable environmental monitoring is critical for various offshore needs. The numerous sensors contained in the compact size of the 200WX-IPX7 is an attractive feature for installations where space and weight are limited, such as on buoys, USVs, and AUVs.
WeatherStation for Marine Vessels
Airmar has WeatherStation® products specifically designed for your marine application. The Model 220WX is recommended for applications where theoretical wind is important, and includes a 10Hz GPS, three-axis solid-state compass, rate gyro and tilt sensors and the Model 120WX is recommended for apparent wind applications. Both models feature configurable NMEA 0183 and NMEA2000® digital data outputs, providing versatility for all your weather monitoring needs.
